Later this year on April 12 I plan on becoming a Assistant Scoutmaster for the Troop. I was wondering whether or not you would be willing to add my blog to half eagle. It definitely is not perfect or absolutely professional but I feel it would contribute in a very positive manner to the scouting community. Even without being on Half Eagle in my first full year alone I have had approximately 900 visitors to the site. My blog does relay issues but my troop but in my opinion and the opinion of several other bloggers including Lone Star Scouter the issues can be related to many different people. Also putting my blog of Half Eagle will accomplish the following: 1. Help me to publish posts more often, since there will be more people looking at the blog. 2. Help me to learn more of the ins and outs of blogging. 3. Network with Scouters/Scouts across the country.
